Mother aboard
After my father died last year and I was not able to attend the funeral I gave my mother the option of coming to visit us in the States. Mom is 85 years old. She arrived in April for a month. We took her to the Caribbean for her first visit. She had difficulty getting in and out of the dingy, but apart from that with help we she was mobile aboard and had an amazing 10 days sailing Culebra in the Spanish Virgin Islands. Initially we were going to surprise her, but after discussing it with our friend Kate, we decided not to do it as a surprise. Kate Joined us aboard.
